When you use our contact form, we collect the following personal data:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Message content

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. No third-party analytics tools are currently installed on this website.

3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)

We process your data based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, to respond to your enquiry and to evaluate whether our services are a good fit for your needs. You can also consider your form submission as consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) to be contacted regarding your enquiry.

4. How we process it

Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form handling service. Web3Forms transmits your data to our registered email address via their servers. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

5. Where your data is stored

Form submissions are transmitted via Web3Forms infrastructure and delivered to our email. We do not maintain a separate database of contact form submissions. Web3Forms may temporarily store data on their servers; please refer to the Web3Forms Privacy Policy for details.

6. How long we keep it

We retain contact form data in our email systems for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a maximum of 12 months after last contact. After this period, your data is deleted unless there is an ongoing business relationship.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
